Info — Joanna Shan

Hey there! I’m Joanna, a junior at Penn studying Urban Studies and Math. I came back to school after a gap year spent founding a startup and teaching high school students design while I lived in Portland, SF, NYC, and Oahu. At school, I’m a barista at a coffee shop on campus, dance in and design for a student-run dance company, and lead Penn’s transfer community (among other things).

I’m passionate about storytelling, education, and life-long curiosity. I love asking questions, talking to people, and designing beautiful products.
